The role involves overseeing national contract sites and managing a small team, requiring strong leadership and communications skills. A background in structural steel is essential, and the position is office-based in Dartford with national travel required. A competitive salary of £70,000 per annum is offered plus a car allowance.

Skills
We are currently looking for a Contracts & Quality Manager with a structural steel background to join a team in Kent. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for overseeing projects and ensuring quality standards are met for final handover.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 09:00-17:00
Salary: £70,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Location: Office-based, Dartford, Kent, with national travel
Key Duties:
- Overseeing contracts and project sites nationally.
- Managing a team of 2-3 site managers.
- Acting as a Quality Manager, ensuring projects are ready for handover.
- Ensuring all work meets structural steel quality standards.
- Liaising with various teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Quality Manager role.
- Strong background in structural steel.
- Ability to travel nationally to sites every few weeks.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
