Job Title: Contracts Manager Location: England, Yorkshire and the Humber, South Yorkshire Job Type: Contract, Full-Time Monday to Friday Primary Industry: Construction, New Build Housing, House Building Salary: GBP300 - GBP330 Per day Company Branding: A 5 star housing developer

Job Duties:

• Overseeing 2-4 live construction sites
• Managing Site teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Reviewing and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Reporting progress to senior management

Required Qualifications:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• First Aid certification
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management
• Valid driving licence

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Contracts Management within the construction industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Site Management background with housing developer(s)

Knowledge and Skills:

• Expertise in new build housing projects
• Strong understanding of contracts management processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead and motivate site teams

Working Conditions:

• Expected to work on-site at construction locations in South Yorkshire
• Full-time hours
