• Proven experience as a Service Contracts Manager or similar role in the security industry.
• Background in CCTV, access control, intruder alarms or fire & life safety systems.
• Strong commercial understanding and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple service and maintenance contracts across security systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and renewals.
• Monitor SLA and KPI performance to ensure service levels are met.
• Prepare reports and updates for clients on service performance.
