Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of new build housing processes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of contracts within the construction projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
