A resource recovery company in Grantham seeks an Account Manager to manage existing customers and identify new opportunities. You will analyze BI data, handle compliance visits, and create reports for Local Authority clients. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in customer management, excellent analytical abilities, and a strong work ethic. Join a dynamic team in the waste management industry where your efforts will contribute to sustainable practices and customer satisfaction.
Purpose: The primary functions of this role will be to handle smaller existing customers while also reviewing all new opportunities within the department. Key to this will be reviewing BI data on a weekly basis in line with targets and identifying changes/tends in customer spend that de‑risk customer turnover and allow the business to react quicker to revenue loss. It will also fulfil key administration tasks to support wider team, focusing on LA reporting and bid management.
