Qualifications

  • Experience within a social housing environment.
  • Full UK driving license required to travel to sites.
  • DBS check may be necessary for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage site personnel and resources to meet contract requirements.
  • Control contract progress focusing on time frames and budget.
  • Ensure accurate contract documentation and timely reporting.
  • Overall Health & Safety responsibility on site.
  • Attend client meetings to review performance and planning.

Skills

Experience in planned and retrofit works contracts
Knowledge of PAS 2030 & 2035
Strong communication skills
Self-starter with focus on delivery

Education

SMSTS, First Aid or associated NVQ
