Carpet Bright UK is the UK’s most recommended carpet and upholstery cleaning company. Due to company expansion, we now have an immediate requirement for a Marketing Manager to join our head office team.

As Marketing Manager, you will drive, develop, monitor and manage our online and offline campaigns, using innovative and data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Development: Create and execute marketing strategies across digital, social media, email, and print channels to drive lead generation and revenue.
• Partnership & Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with media partners, sponsors, and management to enhance brand visibility.
• SEO/PPC & Site Management: Improve organic and paid search results, manage website content, design, and analytics to boost performance.
• Content & Copywriting: Develop engaging copy for ads, websites, and marketing materials. Maintain and refresh web content, ensuring effective media partnerships.
• Social Media & Community: Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Youtube fostering online engagement.
• Creative Design: Produce visual assets for campaigns using Adobe Suite and ensure brand consistency.
• Team Leadership: Train and manage new team members, if required, fostering collaboration.
• Performance Analysis: Track campaign performance, analyse data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Strategic Development: Work with Senior Management to identify trends and implement new strategies.
• Additional duties: Fulfil as and when required, aligned with our business goals.

Essential:

• 5 years’ experience in a B2C Marketing role. Service based experience preferred.
• Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in relevant qualification i.e. Marketing.
• Sound working knowledge of Adobe Suite. Experience using Mail Chimp, WordPress, Apollo.
• Strong content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive marketing material.
• A data-driven mindset, focused on analysing and optimising campaign performance.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
