Involve Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our clients finance team based in Bridgend. This is a full–time, in–person role with a January start.
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
- Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Resolving invoice and supplier queries
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry using Xero
- Proven experience in purchase invoicing and purchase ledger work
- Confident user of Xero accounting software
- Able to commute reliably to Bridgend
- Available for a January start
- Comfortable working full–time in an office environment
- Most likely 2–3 months initially with potential opportunities to go permanent
