- As a Customer Service Agent, you will: Provide expert, friendly support to customers
- Listen, empathise, and resolve queries across calls, emails, and live chat
- Guide customers through policies, claims, and any needs
- Achieve service and quality targets while keeping a personal touch
- Stay compliant with FCA regulations and company policies
- Experience in customer service or contact centre environments
- Comfortable working to sales and service targets
- Excellent rapport-building skills and a caring approach
- Confident using multiple systems and handling varied queries
- Positive, proactive problem-solver with great teamwork skills
After training, you\'ll work flexibly within these hours: 37.5 hour working week
- Mon-Fri: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Sat: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Sun: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Includes 1 Saturday per month and 1 Sunday per month
