Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 basic + up to £200 monthly bonus

Hours: Full-time, flexible rota - hybrid after training

The Role
  • As a Customer Service Agent, you will: Provide expert, friendly support to customers
  • Listen, empathise, and resolve queries across calls, emails, and live chat
  • Guide customers through policies, claims, and any needs
  • Achieve service and quality targets while keeping a personal touch
  • Stay compliant with FCA regulations and company policies

Shift Pattern

After training, you\'ll work flexibly within these hours: 37.5 hour working week

  • Mon-Fri: 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Sat: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Sun: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Includes 1 Saturday per month and 1 Sunday per month
