Job summary
A reputed maintenance services provider is seeking a Critical Building Maintenance Engineer to manage electrical and mechanical systems in London. This role involves planned maintenance, fault resolution, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Experience in a similar role and a Level 3 qualification in an engineering field is required. The position offers a competitive salary of £52,000 with a 4 on 4 off working schedule.

Job Title: Critical Building Maintenance Engineer
Location: Finsbury Circus, City of London
Package: £52,000 basic
Working Hours: 4 on, 4 off - 7am to 7pm
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & mechanical systems.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
- Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCU's, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
- Monitor and manage BMS
- Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Level 3 in an Engineering related field, Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing etc.
- Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
- Knowledge of commercial & critical building systems
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
