A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to work with Housing Association clients in Yorkshire & Newcastle. The role involves fulfilling void re-let processes to high standards and ensuring compliance with H&S standards. Candidates should have a RICS or CIOB accredited qualification and experience in a surveyor role. This position contributes to repairs and maintenance within the public sector.

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Yorkshire & Newcastle.

Responsibilities

• Aligned with either voids and responsive or safety and compliance
• Void re-serving will be carried out with commercial eye to high standard ensuring re-let process to be fulfilled in accordance with KPI's
• All work carried out to the required H&S legislative standards with zero tolerance to non-compliance

Requirements

• RICS or CIOB accredited building surveying degree or similar qualification
• Experience of working in surveyor role
