Qualifications

• Current gas qualifications (minimum: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).
• Ability to participate in an Out of Hours rota, including evening and weekend cover.
• Professional and approachable manner for building client relationships.

Boiler Service & Repair Engineer | Location: Norwich | Salary: £41,000 - £48,000 per annum | Employment type: Full-time

An experienced Boiler Service & Repair Engineer is sought to join a busy team, carrying out servicing and repairs on domestic heating and hot water systems. The successful candidate will ensure all systems are operating safely and efficiently, with repairs completed promptly to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Undertake servicing and maintenance works across a range of domestic properties within the region.
• Deliver excellent customer care when dealing with clients and tenants, maintaining required quality standards.
• Provide updates on progress, completing all required documentation electronically and manually.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety requirements and legislation, including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH Records.
• Follow stock ordering and auditing procedures to ensure the availability of parts required to complete works.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Current gas qualifications (minimum: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1).
• Ability to participate in an Out of Hours rota, including evening and weekend cover.
• Professional and approachable manner, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and tenants.
• Successful completion of all criminal record and reference checks prior to commencement.
