Job summary
A leading energy job board is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Coventry. The role involves performing preventive and reactive maintenance, attending breakdowns, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a Multi Skilled Engineering background, an electrical or mechanical bias, and a Level 3 Engineering Qualification. Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance to reduce downtime and increase machine availability across the plant.
- Attend urgent breakdowns and perform root cause analysis when machine issues occur.
- Support a strong continuous improvement culture and contribute to maintenance improvements and problem solving.
- Multi Skilled Engineering Background
- Electrical or Mechanical bias
- Level 3 Engineering Qualification
- Experience in a fast-paced engineering environment is beneficial but not mandatory
- Good understanding of UK Health and Safety Regulations
- Salary: £55,000 + Bonus Scheme
- Shift: 4 on 4 off (D/N)
- Location: Coventry, Warwickshire
