To strengthen our team, KARL STORZ Endoscopy (UK) Ltd have a vacancy for a Maintenance Contract Support Coordinator to be based in our office in Slough. Joi n o ur team as a Maintenance Contracts Support Coordinator and play a key role in managing and supporting maintenance contracts while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll help maintain and update procedures in line with our ISO13485 quality management system, produce reports and run database queries to support business operations. Building strong relationships with customers, you’ll proactively manage expectations and coordinate contract renewals to ensure ongoing satisfaction. When maintenance activity is quieter, you’ll support wider administrative tasks across the team. We’re looking for someone with strong Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access or similar databases), experience in data analysis and at least one year in a customer service environment.
Location: Slough (Hybrid, 3 days onsite)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
