Remote H&S Care Assessor (Level 3) - Coach & Assess
Job summary
A learning and development company in the UK is seeking a Health & Social Care Assessor to support learners in achieving qualifications in Southampton and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in the sector along with strong communication and organizational skills. This home-based role with travel offers a competitive salary up to £27,000 and a bonus opportunity. Candidates will manage their own schedules to provide tailored guidance and support, ensuring students excel in their learning journey.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in adult or elderly Health & Social Care sector.
- Strong English and maths skills, preferably GCSE grade C or above.

- Deliver high-quality teaching and coaching sessions.
- Conduct workplace observations to assess practical competency.
