Qualifications

  • Experience of coaching in a football or education environment.
  • In date Safeguarding Children & First Aid in Football certificates.
  • Full and valid UK Driving License with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Football Development Manager with scheme operations.
  • Manage a team and recruit students for academic years.
  • Monitor and assess players’ performances.

Skills

Coaching 16–19-year-olds
Excellent communication skills
Ability to motivate players
Proficient IT skills

Education

UEFA C/Level 2 Certificate in Coaching Football

Tools

Safeguarding Children & First Aid in Football certifications
