Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a HEI environment in teaching or academic support role.

  • Experience in tutoring and/or providing support for students.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and direct students toward success and retention.
  • Provide academic support both inside and outside the classroom.
  • Monitor student progress and attendance regularly.
