An exceptional opportunity presents itself for a Housekeeping Floor Porter to join the Rooms Department at Raffles London at The OWO.

Reporting to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will assist with amenities delivery and control on guest floors, manage stock levels, and provide outstanding guest service according to The Raffles at The OWO Hotel and AA 5-star standards. You will represent The Raffles values during interactions with guests and colleagues.

Specifically, as the Housekeeping Floor Porter, your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring service areas, guest corridors, and back-of-house stairs are always clean and tidy.
2. Performing routine and spring cleaning, delivering service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
3. Maintaining high standards in storage areas within the department.
4. Supporting furniture movement, manual handling, and VIP setups under the guidance of the Assistant Housekeeper Manager.
5. Responding promptly to reasonable requests from Housekeepers, Room Attendants, and guests.
6. Carrying out spring cleaning duties as directed by the Floor Housekeeper.
7. Anticipating guest needs to exceed expectations and managing difficult service situations effectively.
8. Keeping storage rooms clean, rubbish-free, and well-organized, with updated stock lists.
9. Performing additional duties in the absence of line managers or senior staff.
10. Following lost property procedures.
11. Maintaining personal grooming according to Raffles London standards.

• A proven track record of high-level service delivery under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to contribute to a 24-hour operational schedule when required.
