Job summary

A global leader in the fashion industry is looking for a Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive fluent in German to manage orderbooks, maintain customer data, and enhance the customer experience. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. The successful candidate will also collaborate with various departments and build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high operational excellence across the region. This position is based in Greater London.

Qualifications

As they strengthen their presence across Europe, they seek a Sales Operations & Customer Service Executive – DACH, GERMAN SPEAKER, to support growth, elevate the customer experience, and ensure seamless operational excellence across the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce and manage orderbooks, ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer needs and business targets.
  • Enter and maintain customer data, including orders, pricing, part numbers, and VAS.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and the warehouse to resolve issues and ensure smooth, timely order processing and shipments.
  • Analyse orderbooks, communicate challenges to customers and sales, and support order allocation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing support on pricing, credits, invoices, and recurring issues.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, attend training, and assist with additional duties or projects as needed.
Person Specifications
  • Fluent in German (Essential)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel
  • STYLEman experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
