A supportive care provider in High Wycombe is seeking a committed female Support Worker to help two ladies live happy, safe, and independent lives. This part-time role involves assisting with personal care and daily routines, fostering genuine connections. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training, including achieving a Care Certificate, will be provided. Ideal candidates will possess a positive attitude, patience, and a UK driving licence. Competitive pay, ongoing support, and opportunities for overtime are offered.
Location: Hazelmere
Job Type: Part time, 16 hours per week - flexible shifts, including weekends and sleep-ins.
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £13.50 per hour
Our client is looking for someone to join their friendly team in Hazlemere and make a real difference every day. You will support two ladies in their own home, helping them live happy, safe, and independent lives.
One lady has severe learning disabilities and uses a wheelchair. She needs help with personal care, medication, and managing finances.
The other lady has mild learning disabilities and needs support with general care, medication, and daily routines.
No two days are the same – you will build genuine connections while providing essential care.
(This role is restricted to female applicants only, as a genuine occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Paragraph 1 of the Equality Act 2010.)
