Job Title: Family Solicitor
Salary Range: £35,000 to £50,000
Location: Huddersfield
Contract: Full or Part Time, Permanent
- Represent clients in mediations & court proceedings related to matrimonial & finance cases
- Provide legal advice to clients and ensure that they are informed of their rights and obligations throughout the legal process
- Manage a varied caseload of private family law cases from initial instructions through to court hearings and ensure that deadlines and court timetables are met
- Prepare legal documentation and attend court hearings on behalf of clients, presenting their case and arguing their position
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases and ensure that client files are managed efficiently and securely
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays with 3 days to be saved for XMAS office closure
- Additional day off for your birthday
- 2 half days for ‘life admin’ per year
