Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for a Legal Officer to join their expanding legal team.

The role is on a hybrid basis and is on a 3 month contract with potential to extend.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
  • PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £22.53 - £31.31 per hour
  • Umbrella - £25-£35 per hour
Responsibilities as a Legal Officer:
  • Legal Officer/Paralegal to support with pre-litigation work and civil litigation
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, schedules, and correspondence
  • Assist with costs management, billing, and file closure procedures
About you as a Legal Officer:
  • Must have a Law degree (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
  • Drafting Legal documents to a high quality standard
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines
