Are you an experienced Private Client Fee Earner or Solicitor looking for your next opportunity in a well recognised law firm? Our client, in the Chichester area, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their growing team. As a Private Client Fee Earner/Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning. You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, providing tailored legal advice and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care. The firm prides itself on its client-focused approach, and you will be expected to maintain and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate planning.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Providing tailored legal advice to clients, ensuring their individual needs are met.
• Maintaining and building strong client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Keeping up to date with changes in private client law and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in private client law, with the ability to handle matters independently. You should be confident in your technical knowledge and capable of managing your workload effectively, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
