• 4 years + PQE
• Proven background in non‑contentious aspects of restructuring and insolvency
• Have a commercial mindset, confidence, and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in business development are highly valued
• Excellent organisational and case management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Confidence to work independently but also contribute as part of a collaborative team

• Playing a key role in delivering outstanding client service, with high levels of autonomy and client interaction
• Collaborating with the Manchester practice lead, engaging directly and frequently with clients
• Ideally, bringing experience from a respected international, national, or regional law firm

• Salary between £70,000 – £120,000 depending on experience
