I’m currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in Harrogate to assist in the recruitment of a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its respected and growing Litigation Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level litigator (around 4–5 years PQE, though flexibility is offered) to work on a wide-ranging caseload, including complex and high-value matters. The firm has a strong national profile, particularly in alternative dispute resolution and is known for its involvement in high-profile litigation – including work for household-name clients in the sport and media sectors.
The Role Will Include:
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Insolvency-related litigation
- Mediation and arbitration
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Property and construction litigation
- Reputation management matters
- Sports-related disputes
- Contentious probate and trusts
About You:
- Solid commercial litigation experience and good technical knowledge of the CPR
- Ability to handle a diverse caseload independently and confidently
- Track record of delivering strong outcomes on complex matters
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, client-focused approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Willingness to contribute to business development activity
