The successful candidate will work on a diverse caseload across public and private Child Care law. Excellent communication and advocacy skills are essential, along with a commitment to outstanding client service. The role offers a salary range of £50,000 to £55,000 and benefits including 26 days holiday and hybrid working.

Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years PQE in Child Care law.
  • Ability to handle a highly varied and engaging child care caseload.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle child care caseload including Care Orders and Supervision Orders.
  • Oversee due diligence related to Legal Aid applications.
  • Manage cases with allegations of injury, abuse, or neglect.
