Job summary

A leading claimant personal injury practice is seeking an experienced Solicitor or CILEx to join their specialist team working on complex, high-value Multi-Track and Clinical Negligence claims. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on involvement in six- and seven-figure cases without the pressure of managing a full caseload. Ideal candidates have a strong background in Personal Injury litigation and are Grade A fee earners with 8+ PQE.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Solicitor or CILEx with practising rights.
• Strong background in multi-track personal injury and clinical negligence litigation.
• Solid knowledge of MOJ Portal, CPR, and litigation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support a Director in managing serious and catastrophic injury claims.
• Draft legal documents and manage pre- and post-issue litigation tasks.
• Liaise with defendants, counsel, experts, and clients.
