Solicitor - Corporate - Wiltshire - 2-4 Years PQE

Location: Flexible across Wiltshire offices (travel required to other office locations as necessary)

Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £55,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience)

An excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor with 2-4 years' post‑qualification experience to join a growing Corporate Department. This role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload, contribute to business development, and work within a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of corporate matters, including:

  • Acquisitions and disposals (shares, business, and assets)
  • Restructures
  • Management buy‑outs
  • Shareholders' agreements
  • Joint venture agreements
  • Ad hoc company matters and corporate governance
  • Supporting business development through networking and marketing activities
Candidate Requirements

This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • 2-4 years PQE in corporate law
  • Strong technical knowledge and thorough drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently and collaboratively
  • Sound judgement and legal research skills
  • Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, case management systems, and openness to AI tools
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport
