Responsibilities

• The appointed paralegal will provide legal support in immigration cases from initial stages through to tribunal representation, advising clients on asylum, visa extensions, appeals, and other immigration matters.
• The successful legal professional will be responsible for preparing and submitting applications, statements, and supporting documents, and must have proven experience as a Level 2 immigration caseworker.
• Advocacy experience is desirable but not essential, and you should have a strong understanding of immigration law and legal processes, the ability to manage a high caseload and multiple matters, along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
