Description

  • Managing secured loan transactions from instruction to completion (under supervision)
  • Handling post-completion matters including registrations and formalities
  • Supporting with loan redemption, discharges, and further advances
  • Liaising with clients, Land Registry, and Companies House
  • Assisting with data room management and reporting on larger transactions
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely billing and administration

Profile

  • Previous experience in real estate or property finance (ideally 3+ months)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
  • Familiarity with Land Registry and Companies House processes
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
