Corporate Associate Solicitor – Bristol

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate Solicitor to join a dynamic and ambitious Legal 100 law firm in Bristol, working closely with a highly regarded Director and their impressive client portfolio.

The role positioned within the wider corporate team, with a focus on sector specific transactional work in real estate funds/private equity investment funds

What you’ll be doing:

• Advising on corporate transactions involving real assets, with a focus on real estate and infrastructure sectors
• Working on a broad range of national and cross-border matters
• UK and International deals –solar energy portfolios, student housing, hotels and real estate assets
• Taking early ownership of transactions, supported by a collaborative and knowledgeable team
• Developing strong, trusted relationships with clients from the start

What experience is required:

• A qualified corporate solicitor 2-4 PQE
• A strong interest in real estate, infrastructure and investment funds
• Commercially minded, proactive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and client-facing environment
• A team player who is keen to contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
