A reputable law firm in Retford is looking for a motivated Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to enhance its property department. This role involves assisting with residential property processes, providing client support, and may include tasks such as opening files and drafting documents. Ideal candidates will have experience in conveyancing, strong organisational skills, and a desire to develop in property law. Full training will be provided. Due to ongoing expansion, my client is currently looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal to join their law firm in Retford, Nottinghamshire.
With a strong reputation for delivering excellent client care, the firm is experiencing increased demand within its property department and is looking for a motivated individual to provide vital support to the team.
This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in residential conveyancing, although full training will be provided for the right candidate. It offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, work directly with clients, and develop a long‑term career within conveyancing.
Working closely with fee earners and solicitors in the conveyancing department, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the residential property process. Typical duties will include:

Relevant qualifications (such as CILEX, Law Degree, or LPC) are desirable but not essential. Enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong work ethic will be equally important.
