I’m working exclusively with a Legal 100 national law firm to recruit for an exciting Housing Management role in their Birmingham office.
- You’ll be joining a highly regarded team advising social landlords and other landlords on a variety of housing management matters, including:
- Access injunctions for gas and electricity safety
- Injunction claims
- Disrepair claims
- Cases under the Equality Act 2010 & Mental Capacity Act 2005
- Breach of tenancy claims
- Possession claims
- Failed succession cases
- Leasehold management advice
- Service charge disputes
- Ready-made caseload from day one
