Are you a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE with some experience in corporate or commercial law?

The role:

Working across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, from shareholder agreements and company articles to acquisitions, disposals, and fundraising deals; you ll also support SME clients with day-to-day contracts like supply agreements and terms of business.

You ll be given you lots of responsibility but will also be fully supported to not only excel but advance your career and develop your skill set. You ll also be encouraged to get out and about into the business community, attending exciting events, promoting yourself and the brand.

The team are a collaborative and generous one that are happy to share knowledge and coffee rounds!

Commercial or corporate experience is a bonus, but if you ve got the right mindset, the team will help build your expertise!

Who we re looking for:

You must be trained in England and Wales, (or CILEX) and have a minimum of 2 years PQE. With my client it s not about where you trained or what grade you achieved. What matters is your attitude and how you use the law to help clients get results. It s about how you work as a team player.

You ll need a solid grounding, a sense of humour, and the ability to think like a lawyer and as a businessperson.

This is a Cheltenham-based role. If you re not local, you must be happy to relocate.
