Hours :
Monday Thursday : 9 : 00am – 5 : 30pm
Friday : 9 : 00am – 5 : 00pm (37 hours per week, 1-hour lunch break)

An established legal practice is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join its Commercial Property team at Senior Associate or Salaried Partner level. This role is suited to a lawyer with a minimum of 8 years PQE who is looking to take a strategic role within a growing department.
This is a senior position offering the opportunity to help shape and develop the commercial property team. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with leadership capability, business development focus, and the ability to supervise and mentor junior team members.
While the role is primarily based in a Birmingham city centre office, there may be occasional travel to another regional office to support team collaboration.
