A reputable law firm in Rotherham seeks an experienced Wills & Probate Locum for an office-based role from December 2025 to February 2026. The successful candidate will manage a varied Private Client caseload including wills, estate planning, and probate administration. This position requires someone who is confident in running files autonomously and has strong client care skills. Competitive pay is offered at £40–£50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experienced Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive / Lawyer needed.
• Ability to run files autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Strong client care and adaptable approach required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied Private Client caseload including wills and estate planning.
• Manage probate and estate administration tasks.
• Assist with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.

CRA Consulting is working with a well-established, reputable law firm in Rotherham who are looking to bring in an experienced Wills & Probate Locum to cover a key period.

Responsibilities

You’ll be handling a varied Private Client caseload, including :

• ✅ Wills & estate planning
• ✅ Probate / estate administration
• ✅ Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• ✅ Court of Protection matters

Qualifications / Requirements

• 🔹 Experienced Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive / Lawyer
• 🔹 Confident running files autonomously with minimal supervision
• 🔹 Great client care and a practical, adaptable approach
• 🔹 Locum experience helpful (but not essential)
