In this rewarding role your key responsibilities will include :

  • Managing a diverse and stimulating caseload, with a strong emphasis on property litigation, advise and act on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
  • Providing advice on lease renewals under relevant legislation and dilapidations claims
  • Supporting residential possession proceedings, applying in-depth knowledge of housing law and statutory frameworks to deliver effective outcomes
  • Resolving disputes between property owners, including boundary disagreements, nuisance claims, and enforcement of restrictive covenants
  • Supporting clients through development-related disputes, offering clear and strategic advice on issues affecting neighbouring land and property interests
  • Providing expert advice on long leasehold matters, including lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and right to manage processes.
