Join our dynamic UK&I Wind Legal team as a Legal Counsel and play a pivotal role in driving legal excellence across our diverse and global business units. We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our United Kingdom & Ireland Legal (UK&I) team. This role will be based in the United Kingdom and will report into the Head of Legal UK & Ireland.
The UK&I Wind Legal team consists of 13 people with some members of the team based in Camberley and other members of the team who are home based across the UK.
This role will provide legal advice and support to the business on a wide range of legal topics predominantly in the UK&I but with the opportunity to support globally.
You will ensure effective legal risk management when reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, such as turbine supply and service & maintenance agreements as well as other legal documents while applying a legal, commercial and pragmatic perspective.
