Job summary
A leading global sports and entertainment agency in the UK is seeking a (Senior) Employment Legal Counsel. The role offers significant autonomy in managing Employment Law issues with direct exposure to stakeholders. Candidates should be qualified Solicitors in England and Wales. This position includes opportunities for hybrid working and internal career development.

You will be working for a household brand name organisation which has a true global footprint and appeal.
You will undertake an extremely varied role, working principally on a wide range of principally non-contentious Employment focused issues and contracts.
You will be given significant amounts of autonomy to run with your own matters from the off. You will have direct exposure to all levels of stakeholders from within the business. You will have fantastic opportunities for internal career progression and development.

You will be able to undertake elements of remote/home working in this hybrid role. The organisation has its HQ in central London.
You will have significant prior experience working on a wide range of Employment Law related issues. You will be a qualified Solicitor or England and Wales or qualified as a Lawyer in another Common Law jurisdiction. Previous in-house experience would be advantageous. Prior experience of working within the sports and entertainment industry is not a pre-requisite for this position.
