A Training Contract will be offered to the right candidate after 12-18 months of proven performance.
- Assisting solicitors with a full range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, powers of attorney, and tax planning.
- Preparing legal documents, letters, and forms.
- Conducting legal research and liaising with clients, HMRC, and the Probate Registry.
- Managing files and providing general administrative support.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- LPC completed (Essential).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Private Client department.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in progressing within Private Client law.
- Exposure to high-quality and varied private client work.
- Supportive and collaborative working environment.
- Clear route to a Training Contract after 12-18 months.
