This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join an entrepreneurial commercial / residential firm in Haywards Heath.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about commercial and / or Residential property law and eager to take on a leadership role in shaping and expanding a thriving department.

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Freehold and leasehold titles
• Preparation and negotiation of leases

Requirements

• Minimum NQ ideally some post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial or Residential property law.
