Job Description

As a Corporate Real Estate Associate, you will play a key role in delivering globally significant transactions, including:

  • Sale and purchase of companies, unit trusts, and entities owning real estate investments or development projects.
  • Joint ventures, co-investment arrangements, and restructurings.
  • Management agreements, promote arrangements, and incentive plans.
  • High-profile transactions in hospitality, hotels, and private wealth sectors.
  • Coordinating cross-border mandates and contributing to sector-focused initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
  • UK-qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with 2+ years PQE from a recognised transactional practice.
  • Strong technical ability and drafting skills.
  • Experience in corporate transactions involving real estate assets.
  • Confidence to take principal associate roles on deals and supervise junior lawyers.
  • Collaborative approach and interest in business development.
  • Hospitality-related experience is a plus but not essential.
