Executive Leadership Opportunity | Reporting to the Chief People Officer
We’re delighted to be partnering with a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation in their search for an inspirational Director of Talent & Development — a pivotal leadership role that will shape the future of learning, career development, and talent strategy across their business (c. 5,000 headcount).
In this high-impact position, you’ll have the autonomy and influence to design and deliver a best-in-class Learning & Development strategy, develop future leaders, and build career pathways that drive growth, engagement, and performance. This is more than a traditional L&D role — it’s a rare chance to drive meaningful cultural and organisational transformation from the top down.
This role will suit a strategic L&D leader with a passion for innovation, people development, and long-term talent planning. From integrating cutting-edge AI learning systems to leading executive and graduate development programmes, you’ll be at the forefront of reshaping how people learn, grow, and thrive across the organisation.
You’ll also lead on career architecture and succession planning, work closely with the C-suite, and oversee a significant L&D budget to deliver lasting impact.
You’re a progressive, visionary talent leader with a proven track record in L&D, leadership development, and organisational design. You’re commercially minded, data-driven, and excited by the opportunity to blend digital innovation with people-focused development. Experience working at a senior level across complex, multi-site organisations is essential.
