Overview
A Senior Learning & Leadership Development Consultant will contribute to high‑impact enterprise‑level L&D initiatives, evolve our learning systems landscape, support AI adoption, own end‑to‑end learning programmes and model our values of lead, deliver and care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Global Learning Design Manager to deliver high‑impact strategic L&D initiatives that strengthen capability across the organisation.
- Step into a trusted partner role – build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors and our L&D delivery team by deeply understanding business and learner needs.
- Break down silos by working across the Talent & Learning COE, HR and business teams to design end‑to‑end learning solutions aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Aim high by contributing to the evolution of our learning systems landscape, including Workday Learning and the evaluation and positioning of new platforms.
- Drive excellence by supporting AI adoption from an L&D perspective, helping shape learning approaches that enable confident and responsible use of AI at scale.
- Own your outcomes – manage instructor‑led and blended learning programmes end‑to‑end, from design and vendor management through to delivery and evaluation.
- Raise the bar by applying evidence‑based learning design and learning science to create engaging, inclusive and measurable learning experiences.
- Keep stakeholders informed through clear plans, updates and materials that create alignment, momentum and shared accountability.
- Move fast and stay curious – track external L&D, technology and leadership development trends to continuously improve our approaches and solutions.
- Strong experience designing and delivering impactful learning and leadership development solutions, grounded in learning science and focused on measurable outcomes.
- Solid understanding of modern learning ecosystems, including LMS/LXP platforms (e.g. Workday Learning) and the ability to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
- Experience managing end‑to‑end instructor‑led and blended learning programmes, including vendor partnership, facilitation planning and evaluation.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional partners, building trusted relationships through collaboration, credibility and shared accountability.
- Curiosity and applied experience in learning technology and digital innovation, with exposure to AI adoption in learning or organisational capability building as a strong advantage.
- Strong project and programme management skills, able to prioritise multiple initiatives while staying focused on delivery, quality and impact.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data, feedback and insight to continuously improve learning design and demonstrate value.
- Clear and engaging communication skills, able to influence, simplify complex topics and create alignment across diverse audiences.
- Proactive and adaptable approach, comfortable operating in evolving environments and testing new ideas to raise the bar for L&D excellence.
