Job Overview

We are looking for a Digital Learning & Innovation Partner to lead on LMS and the development of complementary learning technologies such as AI, VR, and apps. The role involves consulting with stakeholders, developing learning programmes, and driving learning insights through analytics. The position reports to the Head of L&D and is part of the corporate L&D function.

Responsibilities
  • Own all Learning Technology initiatives, including LMS development and implementation.
  • Lead the creation of complementary technologies such as AI, VR, and apps.
  • Consult with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to develop new learning programmes and interventions.
  • Support the development of certified programmes and regulatory‑led training.
  • Use authoring and content tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and Vibe to produce learning content.
  • Develop learning insights and use analytics to drive future learning planning.
  • Play a key role in systems and process development related to performance management, appraisals, and talent management.
Qualifications
  • Experience delivering digital learning solutions across blended programmes.
  • Experience with automation and immersive learning (VR/AR) is desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in authoring tools and comfortable managing an LMS.
  • Familiarity with standards such as SCORM and digital accessibility.
  • Knowledge of coding, Power BI, and instructional design principles is an advantage.
  • Strong collaboration skills, stakeholder‑facing, and a passion for innovation.
  • Appetite to develop, improve, and own the direction of digital learning.
Benefits

Salary: £50,000‑£60,000 DOE Car Allowance  Benefits  Hybrid work arrangement (Hybrid 2) – approximately 335 hour week.
