A distinguished property consultancy is seeking an experienced Commercial Valuer to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will lead the commercial valuation offering, deliver high-quality reports, and manage client relationships. Requirements include MRICS or FRICS qualification, extensive valuation experience, and proficiency in relevant software. We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Valuer to join our Manchester team, with flexible working options. You will be reporting directly to our Valuation Partner, you’ll play a key role in expanding our regional valuation business. You’ll provide valuation advice across a broad spectrum of investment property types, supporting clients such as consultants, private individuals, public sector bodies, and financial institutions. While the majority of work will be for loan security purposes, you’ll also contribute to valuations for acquisitions, tax, expert reports, and other bespoke needs.
