• Degree in Building Surveying or closely related field.
• Ideally chartered (MRICS or similar), or actively working towards qualification.
• Experience in a building surveying role, preferably within consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive building surveys and assessments.
• Produce clear documentation, technical reports, and specifications.
• Advise clients on compliance, health and safety, and obligations.
• Oversee projects from planning to completion.
