Qualifications

• Educated to HNC or degree level in a related construction or property subject.
• Past experience in the construction or property management industry.
• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Undertake site-based property surveys across retirement developments.
• Provide stock condition data to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Report to the Property Services Manager and communicate with key stakeholders.
