We’re looking for a Chartered Building
Surveyor (MRICS) to join our Property team and help shape the future of our
estate. With responsibility for surveying our holiday parks – you’ll ensure our
sites remain safe, compliant and well maintained, whilst supporting long-term
investment decisions. This is a field-based role with national travel, where no
two days are the same : from inspecting pools and park buildings, to advising on
capital projects, to influencing sustainability and safety standards. You’ll bring
technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills and the drive to make
a real difference across our portfolio. If you’re a motivated surveyor who
